Terms & Conditions for NBN (NearByNeeds)

By accessing or using NBN (NearByNeeds), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app or its services.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use NBN for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Interfere with app security or functionality

• Use another person’s account without permission

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NBN is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your login details.

4. Content and Listings

All listings, reviews, and posts must comply with community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, misleading, or violates any laws or policies.

5. Transactions and Payments

If the app supports transactions, users must ensure accurate order details and timely payments. NBN is not responsible for disputes between users and vendors unless explicitly stated.

6. Account Deletion (Self-Delete)

You can delete your account anytime by following these steps within the app:

• Open the NBN (NearByNeeds) app

• Go to Settings

• Tap Delete Account

• Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account

Once deleted, all your data, including listings and saved preferences, will be removed from our servers within 7 working days unless legally required to retain certain information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

NBN is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• Inaccurate listings or delays caused by third-party service providers

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that region.
